You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or collect through FillFlow. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

User Responsibility

Prohibited Content

7. Payment and Billing

Payment Processing

Payments for FillFlow are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you are purchasing from Paddle, and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

Paid Plans

For paid plans:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FillFlow for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
