We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FillFlow for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team by emailing support@fillflow.ai
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your account email address
- The date of your original purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation - We will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm your refund request.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
4. What Qualifies for a Refund
Eligible for Refund
- First-time purchases within 30 days
- Subscription renewals within 7 days of renewal
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Technical issues preventing service use
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 30 days (first purchase) or 7 days (renewals)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Previous refunds on the same account
5. Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription but do not qualify for a refund:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
